About Me
I am a certified ADHD coach and Co-founder of Neurodiversity in the Workplace, delivering training and support to organisations. I help ADHD and neurodivergent adults in 1:1 and group coaching sessions.
I found out I had ADHD in my thirties, after spending 12 years in the corporate world as a Fashion Buyer. I worked in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and led thriving teams, and while it all looked good on the outside, behind the scenes I was constantly pushing harder just to keep up, and burning out as a result. Imposter syndrome was through the roof, and I was constantly afraid of being ‘found out’.
Similar struggles were showing up everywhere else too; in my relationships, at home, and in the constant effort it took to stay on top of everyday life. It had always been this way, but growing responsibilities and increasing pressure at work meant things became harder to manage and impossible to ignore. It was an isolating, confusing, overwhelming and often frustrating experience that took its toll on my mental health. I couldn't understand why some days I was unstoppable and couldn't put the brakes on, and other days it felt impossible to even start.
Being diagnosed felt like a huge relief and was so validating but the label didn’t come with a roadmap. I thought now I had the awareness I should know what to do but actually I felt a bit lost.
So I decided to immerse myself in learning everything I could about neurodiversity, positive psychology, coaching and personal development. It has been a long journey but a truly transformative one. That journey sparked a complete career change, and I made the decision to combine my passion for coaching, my lived experience and my corporate expertise to build something new.
I know how it feels to be stuck. To desperately want things to be different but have no idea where to start. I also know that change is possible and I love helping others find their own way through.
