What coaching with me looks like
I think of ADHD coaching like working with a personal trainer. A good trainer doesn't just hand you a list of exercises and walk away, they work alongside you, teaching you techniques, helping you figure out what actually works for your body, and building strength gradually. The goal is for you to eventually feel confident enough to carry on by yourself.
ADHD coaching works the same way. Together, we'll explore, experiment, and build new ways of thinking and working that suit you and your life, because there's no one-size-fits-all approach. By the end, you'll understand your own brain a little better, and feel equipped to keep going on your own.
Whatever we work on, you can expect our time together to be understanding, encouraging, and completely judgement-free but also fun and motivating. At the end of the day, it's all about helping you find the confidence to keep moving forward.
How it works
We have a free, no obligation, 30-minute discovery call, which is just a chat about what is going on for you, what you want to be different and whether my coaching sounds like the right fit. There is zero pressure or commitment.
From there, we’ll agree on a journey that works for you. I typically work with clients over 12 weeks, with a 60 minute session each week on Zoom, as it allows enough time to build genuine momentum, embed new habits and see real change, but I’m always happy to talk through something different if another arrangement suits you better.
I also offer pocket coaching support via WhatsApp to continue the motivation in between sessions.
